A rural estate in Lummen, Belgium: two brick residences, stables, a covered lunging ring and paddocks. The main house is being renovated from the roof structure down, turning the old attic and ground floor into open, light-filled living spaces.

The work covers strip-out of the existing finishes, opening up the attic under the original timber roof structure, alterations around the stair hall and gallery, and new floors and finishes throughout the living areas.

The design visualisations show the intended living, lounge and fireplace areas. The colour photographs show the estate and its equestrian facilities; the black-and-white images document the house before and during the works.
