Located in the charming centre of Oisterwijk—just minutes from the beautiful Brabant countryside and within walking distance of the train station to Eindhoven and Tilburg—the NEO KVL Hotel by TASIGO is a stunning transformation of Oisterwijk’s historic leather factory, established more than 100 years ago. Carefully restored and reimagined, the building now stands as a design marvel and home to one of the region’s most elegant hotels.
Our project involved the complete construction and interior realization of this luxury hotel, featuring premium finishes and bespoke, custom-made furniture. With 68 refined rooms, versatile meeting and event spaces, an atrium, the Neon restaurant, the Skybar, and the Go Spa, the hotel combines timeless sophistication with modern hospitality design.
Every detail—from architectural planning to handcrafted furniture—was executed with precision to create an environment that balances elegance, comfort, and functionality. The result is a high-end hospitality destination that not only elevates guest comfort but also redefines luxury hotel construction and interior design excellence in the Netherlands.
